Hey everyone,

I'm finally done with school this semester! I'm so glad to be done. I had my last final on Thursday and then yesterday I finished up my last assignments. I don't ever want to go back to school again, but I guess I will next semester. It should be a little easier than this one, but I heard it is still hard.

Anyway, I don't think there is anything new to write about. I'm borrowing a guitar from my friend so I'm starting to learn how to play. I'm getting better so that I can switch between chords better without having to stop and look. I think it will be fun to be able to play more songs.

Hey everyone,

Is it ok to post a new blog every year? I think so. Anyway, I guess I'll update how things are going for me.

It's Saturday today, and I'm getting ready to start studying for finals and get one last report done. I just don't feel like doing it. I'll do it right after this though so I can get done and go and play a bit.

I'm taking a class called Mechatronics at school and we are designing a robot that pulls a chariot. The robot part of it has to have legs and not wheels so it makes the design a little harder. Here is a movie of it:

It goes pretty well, but there are a few things that we need to fix. You can see it walk for a few seconds and then go backwards a bit. This is because the motors don't go at the same speeds. We'll fix it and I'll put up another video when it is doing better.

Next semester we have to make it think. We will put sensors on it and write a computer program so that it can know when to turn. It has to race in a chariot race around a figure 8 track. It should be fun, but a lot of work.

My other classes are going well. They have been a lot of work and I'm glad that they are almost over. There's just finals to go now.

Other than that, there hasn't been a whole lot going on. I'm learning to play the guitar. I can play Silent Night. It's pretty fun. Me and my friend made a deal that I would teach him violin if he would teach me the guitar. That's how it works.

Well I'm going to go start studying.
